Preschool-Kindergarten Fire Safety - Squirt's Fire Safety Class
Let us bring a fire safety class designed just for preschool-aged children to your school! These classes teach important fire safety concepts like: My Friend the Firefighter, Crawl Low Under Smoke, and Safe For Play! Keep Away over the course of 45 minutes! During each class, we will learn and practice these life-saving concepts through books, videos, and engaging hands-on activities. Click below to book your class today!

Fire Science 101: Learn the science behind fire, how it works, what it needs to burn, and how we can prevent fires with this information. [1st - 3rd grade]
Engineering in the Firehouse: Explore the evolution of fire protection! Learn the science that goes into creating fire safe vehicles, materials, and tools. [3rd - 5th grade]

Jr. Fire Detectives: Youth Fire Setting Prevention
This class is for students 4th - 6th grade.
Explore fire prevention through the lens of a Fire Investigator. Lean how fires start, how they can spread, and what investigators look for when a fire happens.
Cost: $5 per student
This is a 40 minutes program that can visit your classroom. It is designed to help prevent youth fire setting with education, science, and civics.

Outreach for adults
History Presentations
Let us bring a piece of Denver's firefighting history to your senior center, meeting, or event! Denver Firefighters Museum staff can present on one of the topics below or build a new presentation just for your group. Presentations include slideshows with historic photographs and documents.
