Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be closed Saturday, November 7 through Wednesday, November 11. Anyone with a reservation can hold onto their tickets for a future visit. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.
The Denver Firefighters Museum is offering online reservations as a form of contactless payment. You may reserve a time slot for up to 5 people. Groups are admitted every 15 minutes. Walk-in visits are allowed, but groups with reservations will be given priority. Walk-ins will be admitted on a first-come first-served basis. This includes library passes and Groupon tickets. If you would like a guaranteed reservation, please follow these three steps:
The last reservation is accepted at 3:00 PM. If you have any questions, either go to the FAQ's down below or call (303) 892-1436. We appreciate your help in making our museum a happy and healthy place to visit!
No, but we recommend you do. Groups with reservations are given priority entry. If you prefer guaranteed entry at the time of your choice, make a reservation above.
You have done half of the steps already. Reserve a time of your choosing above, and show us proof of your passes when you arrive. You do not have to buy tickets a second time if you already have Groupon tickets or a library pass. Just reserve a time for priority entry.
Yes you can. We offer website payment because it is an easy and contactless way to pay (at the same price as in person). We prefer credit/debit transactions in person.
Before making your reservation, we ask how many people will be in your group. You then purchase the corresponding tickets in the online shop. Buy reserving a slot and providing group size, you are guaranteeing your group's entry of up to 5 people at the time of your choosing. It also helps us mitigate visitor capacity.
Because of new COVID-19 requirements for museums issued by Mayor Hancock on October 16, we cannot allow more than 5 people in a group. By visiting the Museum, you agree to stay in your group of 5 for the entire visit. Larger groups will be staggered upon entry and expected to stay in their groups until exiting the Museum. If you do not want your group separated, you will be asked to leave the Museum.
Reservations are first-come, first-served in that the first person to reserve a specific time gets that one and only slot. If your chosen time is not available, someone else has booked it. Please select the next available time of your choosing.
